For the US, shipping charges are the published UPS Ground rates from Lakeland, FL. Please note that Shipping rates below are based on orders shipped within the 50 US states. UPS does not deliver to post office box addresses.
UPS Ground:
Rates are automatically generated by UPS Ground when you check out. Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day shipping options are also avaliable when checking out.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited to sixty countries, and are charged according to UPS published rates from Lakeland, FL USA. Packages usually take only 4-6 business days. You will be responsible for import taxes and duties in addition to your order and shipping once you receive your order.
Exchange Policy - How do I return an item?
Damaged or wrong size merchandise may be returned with shipping invoice within 14 days of receipt.
Please be advised that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs to us for any instance. Your order will be exchanged for similar goods and shipped back to you at our cost. All transactions are final - there are NO refunds!
