We guarantee that every transaction you make is 100% safe and all of your information is confidential. Please be sure the name and address provided in the billing area matches the information as it appears on your credit card statement.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Local sales tax will be charged in Florida.
International customers will be responsible for tariffs and duties from their respective country.
Is this site secure?
What are the shipping rates?
For the Domestic US, shipping charges are a flat rate of $7.99. For Alaska and Hawaii the published UPS Ground rates from Lakeland, FL. UPS does not deliver to post office box addresses.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International orders are shipped via UPS Standard to sixty countries (including Canada and Mexico), and are charged according to UPS published rates from Lakeland, FL USA. Packages usually take only 4-6 business days to ship. You will be responsible for import taxes and duties in addition to your order and shipping once you receive your order.

Exchange Policy - How do I return an item?
Damaged or wrong size merchandise may be returned if unworn and unwashed with shipping invoice within 14 days of receipt.
Please be advised that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs to us for any instance. Your order will be exchanged for similar goods and shipped back to you at our cost. All transactions are final - there are NO refunds!

How do I earn reward points?
First you must create your account under "My Account" at the top of the page next to the search box. Once you have an account you will automatically start earning points with each order. You will earn 1 point for every dollar you spend.
How do I Refer a Friend and get points?
You can earn 10 rewards points for each friend you refer to our site who follows the link and places an order. To refer a friend simply go to your "My Account" page. Look at the bottom box and you will find "Refer Friends" right under "View Wishlist". Click on the link and enter any of your friends' email addresses who you think would like Co-edikit's site. Make sure you include your personal message!
How do I turn in my reward points?
Once you have accumulated 120 reward points you will be emailed a gift certificate for $20.00 with your exclusive code to enter at check out on your next order.
T-shirt of the Month Subscribers: (TSOM)
The T-shirt of the Month subscription fee is paid up front. You may cancel your subscription and receive a full refund only: If you contact Customer Service and cancel your subscription within fourteen (14) days of our shipment of your 1st Co-edikit shirt and return it to us in new/unworn condition with postage/shipping costs prepaid by you. Upon receipt we will issue a full refund of your Subscription Plan fee. You can cancel any time, but the full price of each Co-edikit shirt delivered to you plus shipping and handling will be subtracted from the total Subscription Plan fee you paid and the remainder refunded to you as a credit via a Co-edikit Gift Card. Currently, the full price plus shipping and handling of each Co-edikit subscribtion plan shirt is $25.00 (U.S. Subscribers) ir $30.00 (for international subscribers).
How do I update my address?
You can update your address at any time on your "My Account" page.
What if I need to change my size?
